How quickly can you deliver?

We offer same-day delivery across London for orders placed before 2pm. For the rest of the UK, standard delivery is next working day. Express options are available at checkout. Check our delivery coverage map above to confirm your area is covered.

Is delivery included in the price?

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery speed. All rates are clearly shown before you confirm your order - there are no hidden fees.

How soon will my wristbands be dispatched?

Orders placed before 10am on a working day are dispatched the same day for production. Orders placed after 10am or over the weekend are dispatched the next working day.

Can I have my own logo and/or text printed on the wristbands?

Absolutely. You can upload your own artwork, add custom text, or use our online designer to build a fully custom wristband from scratch. We support PNG, JPG, SVG, and PDF file formats. If you need help with artwork, our design team is on hand too.

What colour wristbands do you offer?

Our Tyvek wristbands come in 11 colours: White, Red, Green, Neon Blue, Neon Green, Neon Orange, Neon Pink, Neon Yellow, Purple, Gold, Silver. Full Colour wristbands can be printed in any colour via CMYK printing.

Do you offer fluorescent paper wristbands?

Yes - our Tyvek range includes a variety of fluorescent options: Neon Green, Neon Yellow, Neon Orange, Neon Pink, and Neon Blue. These are especially popular for nightclub and festival events.

Can I make custom paper wristbands?

Yes. Every order is custom printed to your specification. Use our online designer to add text, logos, icons, and colours, or upload pre-made artwork. Minimum order starts at 10 units (in batches of 10).

What are the wristbands made of?

Our wristbands are made from Tyvek - a high-density polyethylene fibre material developed by DuPont. It is lightweight, tear-resistant, waterproof, and contains no halogens or heavy metals.

Yes. All wristbands are supplied individually separated and ready to apply at your event - no prep work required on arrival.

Yes. Both barcodes and QR codes can be printed directly onto your wristbands. Include them in your uploaded artwork file at sufficient resolution with quiet zones for scanning accuracy.

Are your paper wristbands waterproof?

Yes. Tyvek is inherently waterproof, making our wristbands suitable for outdoor festivals, water parks, and any wet-weather conditions. The print is also resistant to smearing when wet.

Yes - collection is available from our warehouse at Unit 6 Montague Works, 90 Queensbury Road, Wembley, London, HA0 1QG. Please contact us before arriving to confirm your order is ready.
